Ordering & Shipping Information

How does the Online Store work? 

• Only select clients have access to this online store, so please do not share the password with anyone else
• Orders will be fulfilled and shipped out during normal business hours Monday through Friday 
• If you’re not sure what products are part of your routine, please contact Hope at 920-403-0013 if you have any questions
• Do not order higher percentages of active products (ex. Mandelic 8% instead of 5%) or different products than you normally use (ex. Mandelic Wash instead of Ultra Gentle Cleanser) without checking with Hope first
• Clients are more than welcome to order any fun/extra products like eye gel, lip balm, and face masks (listed under the Masks & More category) and do not need approval to order these items 
• Orders can be shipped directly to you or picked up at our studio 
• Shipping is a flat $7.00 for all orders for 2021

What is your Return Policy? 

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, but must be unopened with original packaging and safety seals intact
• LightStim Blue LED Light devices, HD Acne Safe Lip Balm, and shipping costs are all final sale and are not eligible for returns/exchanges
